You
can look at the available clothing items in the "Main" Stitcheree Catalog
on-line at their website,
The Stitcheree.
Only the “Main"
Stitcheree Catalog
items are displayed in both the “Corporate Wear” and the “Team Wear” sections of
their website,
i.e., the clothing in each section is
identical.
Alternatively, there
are two small three
ring binders containing the "Main" Stitcheree Catalog and two large three ring
binders containing eleven (11) supplemental catalogs located in the BBYC
Clubhouse. If you can't find something you like in the "Main" Catalog,
look through the supplemental catalogs, where you surely will find something
exactly to your liking.
You can order any of the clothing and accessory items in these
catalogs embroidered with the BBYC burgee, “Balboa Basin Yacht Club”, “BBYC”
spelled out in code flags, your boat name, etc.
Ordering Procedure:
When you have the style number, description, color,
size, quantity, embroidery design number, and embroidery colors of the item(s) that you want to order and have decided on the freight method, you can click on the “Submit
Inquiry” link in the Stitcheree website, which, unlike a true web store or shopping cart, just
sends an email to the Stitcheree.
Alternatively,
you can simply print out a
BBYC
Clothing Order Form (a PDF file) or obtain one from the front pocket of the
binders in the BBYC Clubhouse and fax, email or mail it to the Stitcheree.
In order to view
and print the BBYC Clothing Order Form, you will need to have Adobe's* popular Acrobat® Reader®
software installed on your computer. If you don't have Acrobat Reader on
your computer, you can download and install it from Adobe's website.
Simply click on the Adobe logo below to download Acrobat Reader to download it
for FREE! It's simple and easy to do. Just follow their simple
instructions.
The Stitcheree Sales
Department will review your order and call you with delivered pricing, any
potential problems and suggested changes and will ask for your billing
information, credit card number, etc. before proceeding.
Minimums:
There are
NO minimums
on any of the items that you can order from any of the catalogs.
Lead Times:
Items ordered from
the “Main" Catalog require the least amount of lead time, i.e.,
generally 10 to 14 days until shipment to you via the method you
select. If you order from any of the other catalogs, an additional 2 to
3 days may be required to ship the item to you.
Embroidery Costs:
The "Main"
Stitcheree Catalog binders
in the Clubhouse show the embroidery designs and boat names that
are on file. Each design has been assigned a number. The standard
costs to embroider each of the items that you order are: (1) $6.50 for
the small BBYC burgee and club name, (2) $6.50 for the boat name, (3)
$9.00 for the BBYC burgee, the club name, plus the name of your boat on
one side of the garment, (4) $12.50 for the large “B.B.Y.C.” and
code flags, e.g., for the center of a sweatshirt & (5) $13.00 for the
burgee and boat name on different sides of the garment. Any custom
embroidery costs will be quoted to you when the Stitcheree calls to
confirm the details of your order. If you require custom designs
that are not on file, e.g., to replicate the typestyle used in your boat
name, a one time set up charge of approximately $100 will be required. In this event,
any subsequent embroidery orders using that custom design will billed at
the standard embroidery rates.
Rebate to BBYC:
On individual,
small orders, the BBYC will receive a ten (10) percent rebate paid
quarterly on the total value of all of the merchandise, clothing plus
embroidery, ordered by BBYC members. Larger groups of orders or order
quantities would qualify for a larger rebate.

Returns:
If you are not
satisfied with the item that you receive for any reason, e.g., wrong
size, not the color or quality you expected, etc., please call the
Stitcheree and let them know that you are returning the item for credit,
freight pre-paid. Returns will be accepted for credit without any
conditions.
